Tonight the Riverside neighbourhood was kicking off a week long festival. The website didn't really say much about it so we thought we would check it out. Sandy and Abbas came to join us as well. There was a kiddie party that hadn't started by the time we got there, a beer tent that didn't have many patrons and cheap oysters at Prohibition. We ended up at Prohibition for a drink and some food. I did notice that there were many new stores that will be opening up. It will be interesting to see how Queen St. E shapes up in the next few years.
