As I read Diana's blog it seemed that last night was curry and roti night. As I mentioned to Di, I don't think mine is as good as Norm's. I'm still perfecting my recipe. It's getting better and my roti is softer (not as soft as my Aunt's though). I'll try to make it once a month until I get it right and then I'll share it.
Happy Birthday to Miss Lee today! I hope you have a fantastic day. The preparations continue for tomorrow's festivities. Save some energy from your partying tonight for tomorrow. I'm making a special Diana birthday drink....I believe the proper name for it is "Porn Star" :)
