Today I had my annual appointment with my doctor. I'm 5'5' and a 125 lbs. My heart, blood pressure and reflexes are perfect. The only thing that needed a little adjusting was some was build-up in my right ear. I have never had this done before. The nurse sat me down and used a syringe very much like the one in the picture to squirt warm water in my ear and loosen the wax and have it come out. I wouldn't say it was painful, but definitely strange and not very pleasant. I didn't even realize I had wax build up and I didn't feel like I could hear any better afterwards. Oh well....at least if I ever have to go through it again I'll know what to expect.

Ear flushing
