My last class

Tonight was my last baking class for the semester. As much as I enjoyed it I have to admit I'm glad that it is over for now. Monday's were very long days for me. We made strawberry shortcake. The cake part was very similar to what we used for the swiss rolls so I didn't really enjoy it that much. It did look pretty though.
I asked Chef Swann (my teacher) what other classes she taught. She only does theory and this one, so unless I want to redo this course I won't be getting her again.
Now it's a break until we start breakfast breads in January. Are we partners Mel?
