Tonight I hosted a holiday gathering with my girlfriends from Templeton. It was great to see everyone and catch up again as I don't get to see some of these girls very often.For dinner I made Chicken Manhattan, garlic bread, rice and salad. My friend Rosie made cabbage rolls. I'm not extremely fond of cabbage but tried one anyway. It wasn't so bad.
We had a lot of fun as I put them to work for dessert decorating their gingerbread wreaths and cookies. Rosie's daughter, Brooke (3 yrs) was able to join us for this activity. She was very cute and had a lot to say.
I guess it was kick off event to the holiday season. Looking forward to all the rest to come :)
