Girl Date

Tonight I had the chance to have a girl date with a friend I don't spend too much time with. We have lunch every few weeks but an hour is never enough time to catch up. We started the evening off with a long walk from my office (University and King) to Yorkville to attend a Girls Night In Event. We work together but she also does make-up on the side. Anjali and some of her beauty blogger friends put together this event to raise money for the Cancer Society. We had our make-up and hair done. My make-up was done by my favourite make-up artist Anjali. Afterwards we headed to Jack Astors for dinner. A burger, salad, half an apple pie and great conversation are the makings of a great girl date.
