Body pampering
This weekend I took Diana up on my Christmas/Birthday gift, a relaxing experience at Body Blitz. It is a Spa that specializes in water therapy. We went through a circuit of hot water, steam room, sauna interspersed with cold water plunges and then had a body scrub. It was great. The body scrub was an interesting experience that made me feel like I was being prodded by aliens, however great just the same. Thanks Miss Lee!!!
